Founder & CEO
Henry started MTJE because he believed African email marketers deserved better: better training, better access, and a community that actually takes their careers seriously. He sources the partnerships, and makes sure MTJE keeps moving in the right direction.
Chief Operations Officer
Aderonke is the reason MTJE does not just have good ideas. She is the operational backbone of MTJE. She turns vision into a working calendar, keeps every department aligned, and makes sure that what is promised to the community actually gets delivered.
Chief Marketing Officer
Caroline handles how the world sees us. She leads marketing strategy, manages our brand's voice, and makes sure every session and every milestone reaches people who need to hear about it. How the world sees us is up to her.
Creative Director
Deryl is the person who makes MTJE look like MTJE. She is behind the visual identity that communicates who we are before anyone reads a single word. Every design that represents this community, she built it.
Community Manager
Miriam is the heartbeat of the MTJE community. She keeps 160+ email marketers engaged, informed, and connected, ensuring the community feels alive, purposeful, and worth showing up for every single day.
Partnership Manager
Odunola is the bridge between MTJE and the world. She secures the speakers, builds the relationships, and manages every external engagement that makes our sessions extraordinary. Every expert who has walked into the MTJE community came through her.
Social Media Manager
Martina makes sure MTJE is impossible to ignore online. She manages MTJE's presence across platforms, turns community activity into content that reaches new audiences, and keeps the brand visible, consistent, and compelling, one post at a time.
Email Marketing Manager
We are an email marketing community, so naturally we have to get the emails right. Chukwukere manages everything that goes into your inbox from MTJE: campaign strategy, sequences, reminders, and follow-ups.
MTJE started with a conviction that African email marketers deserved better access, better training, and better opportunities. We launched on January 17th, 2026. In the months since our launch, that conviction has produced results that speak for themselves.
Q1 - Q2 2026
From our weekly in-house sessions to monthly deep-dives and live X Spaces conversations, MTJE has delivered consistent, structured training to over 100 members across Africa. We have brought in email marketing experts from the United States and Europe (including LoriBeth Blair and James Lamb) to train our community at a standard that competes with anything available globally.
Placements
Training without placement is incomplete. MTJE has placed approximately 10 community members into full-time email marketing roles and internship positions within Africa and beyond. Some of which are in 6-7 figure roles that they never imagined were possible.
Q3
What started as a community has become an institution. MTJE Academy is Africa's first dedicated, end-to-end email marketing training programme with structured courses, expert instructors, real projects, and recognised certifications that open doors on every continent. It's here - and everything changes.
